Additionally, Leslie is a former personal trainer, certified and experienced yoga teacher, and wellness advocate using her understanding of the various ways our bodies communicate with us to guide the way we ultimately build confidence within and build healthy connections with others at home, in our workplaces, and in our communities.
Leslie’s mission to help build connected communities guides her research and study of the critical role compassionate communication plays in building individual confidence.
Confidence…some people are just born with it, right?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Frustrated with your lack of communication confidence?
Looking to improve your personal relationships?
Could improving communication confidence level up your performance at work, improve company culture, or simply make you happier to be at your job?
Already feeling pretty confident? How can you boost confidence in others to build stronger relationships?
An overwhelming amount of research has shown that confidence is developed over time through our experienced successes while learning to TRUST ourselves when decision-making, risk-taking, and relationship-building.
“Trust is the catalyst for courage to communicate with authenticity, empathy, and compassion.”
